To get started, click Submit a request at the very top of the Help Center.
You will see a login prompt. Click Sign in with Facebook for the fastest login process. If you don't have a Facebook account, you can use your email address instead. (Tip: Sign in with Facebook is not only faster, it also saves you from having to keep track of another password.)
Don't have a Facebook account? You can create a DoubleDown support account or log in to an existing one if you have emailed our Customer Experience team in the past.
If you have never emailed us, click Sign up. If you have emailed us before but don't know your password, skip down to Get a password.
Don't worry, we don't need much information--just your name and email address so that we can get back to you. There's also a very simple test to prove you're not a robot.
After you fill out the form and click Sign up, we'll send a message to the email address you provided. Click the link in our message, then create a password for your support account. (If you don't receive our message within a few minutes, check your spam folder, and add email@example.com as a trusted email address for the future.)
Important: If you do not complete this process, we will not receive any support requests you may create. Your account must be created and verified before you can contact our team.
You will then return to the front page of the help site. Click Submit a request again, and you will be taken directly to the contact form.
Now that you have completed the DoubleDown support registration process, you can contact us quickly and easily anytime. Just log in again with the credentials you chose.
