To submit a request from our website
To get started, click Submit a request at the very top of the Help Center.
You will see a login prompt. Click Sign in with Facebook for the fastest login process. If you don't have a Facebook account, you can use your email address instead. (Tip: Sign in with Facebook is not only faster, it also saves you from having to keep track of another password.)
Don't have a Facebook account? You can create a DoubleDown support account or log in to an existing one if you have emailed our Customer Experience team in the past.
If you have never emailed us, click Sign up. If you have emailed us before but don't know your password, skip down to Get a password.
Don't worry, we don't need much information--just your name and email address so that we can get back to you. There's also a very simple test to prove you're not a robot.
After you fill out the form and click Sign up, we'll send a message to the email address you provided. Click the link in our message, then create a password for your support account. (If you don't receive our message within a few minutes, check your spam folder, and add firstname.lastname@example.org as a trusted email address for the future.)
Important: If you do not complete this process, we will not receive any support requests you may create. Your account must be created and verified before you can contact our team.
You will then return to the front page of the help site. Click Submit a request again, and you will be taken directly to the contact form.
Now that you have completed the DoubleDown support registration process, you can contact us quickly and easily anytime. Just log in again with the credentials you chose.
To submit a request from within the iOS mobile app
To get started, tap the three parallel lines in the upper right to open the Options menu.
Next, tap the HELP button located in the bottom right corner. From here, you can browse our library of support content. If you are unable to find the answer to your question, tap the large + icon in the bottom right corner and then Contact Us.
From here, please enter a subject line and choose the category that best fits the reason for your request. Next, tap OK and enter your message. When your message is complete, tap Send in the top right corner of the window.
If you have never contacted us before, you will receive our replies within the app itself. There is no in-app notification to alert you when we have replied. To view your ticket and read our replies, return to the Settings menu, tap HELP, +, and View Tickets.
If you have contacted us before through the website, we will attempt to link these two accounts, so you may receive replies both in the app and via email at the address we have on file.
Warning: If you log out of your DoubleDown Casino account, you will lose your support history. Please do not switch accounts while awaiting a support reply; if you use multiple accounts on your device, it may be best to use our help site to contact us, so we can reply via email.
