Why does my support request say Solved?

When you sign in to the DoubleDown Casino Help Center, you can view your support requests. Click or tap your name at the upper right corner, and choose My activities.

In the Status column, your requests will typically be marked as Solved. This does not necessarily mean that we have responded with a final answer. The system will mark a request as solved when it has been responded to in any way.

Click or tap the subject for the request you would like to review. You can read the full history of your correspondence with our team, and if you have additional information to provide or questions to ask (on the same topic), reply through this page. It is also always possible to reply directly to the email you received from us.

If your issue or question is on a new topic, please create a new support request.
