The Connection Lost error message is an alert that you are no longer connected to the game. Simply refresh the page to restore your connection.
A disconnection typically occurs because the Internet connection is interrupted or the game has been left idle for too long.
To minimize your risk of being disconnected from the game:
- Play on a stable Internet connection, such as broadband or WiFi. 3G/4G connections are less consistent.
- Don't let the game sit idle. If it has been open in a browser tab for a while while you were not actively playing, refresh the page to ensure you are still connected.
If you were in the middle of a tournament or a bonus round, you should be able to return to it.
- To return to a bonus round, select the slot you had been playing. If the bonus round had spins remaining when you were disconnected, it will continue.
- To return to a tournament, locate the tournament again in the lobby. If there is still time on the tournament clock and you have credits remaining, you can click Re-enter to continue the tournament.
