I haven't received my Diamond Club verification email.

Joining Diamond Club is as simple as signing up with your email address. To make sure the address is valid, our system will send an automated message with a verification prompt. Once you complete the verification process, your Diamond Club account is confirmed.

Important: Before you check your email to look for the verification message, be sure to complete the in-game registration process, all the way through taking the first spin of your new, upgraded Daily Wheel.

If you do not see the verification message in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. 

If the message has not arrived to any folder, you can have it resent:

  1. Click the Diamond Club logo in the DoubleDown Casino lobby.
  2. Click Manage Email.
  3. Re-enter your email address in both fields, and click Update/Resend.
