Mozilla Firefox requires users to manually approve Adobe Flash the first time they install Adobe Flash, open a new application that uses it, or after a web page containing Adobe Flash elements refreshes. As certain areas in DoubleDown Casino still use Adobe Flash, you may need to allow Flash when playing on a computer.
Start by loading DoubleDown Casino on Facebook.
If you see a small red block with a line through it on the left side of your browser's address bar, you do not have Adobe Flash installed on your computer. To install Adobe Flash, visit Adobe's website. After following Adobe's instructions reload DoubleDown Casino.
If instead, you see a small white block with a blue dot, this indicates you have Adobe Flash installed, but not enabled for DoubleDown Casino.
Click on this icon to bring up a new menu, asking you to Allow Adobe Flash to run.
Afterward, you should be able to use DoubleDown Casino as normal. If you run into any other issues, Mozilla has provided additional information on their help site.
Important Note: Mozilla requires users to repeat this process every time the browser is closed and reopened, or the web page reloaded. If you encounter the chip stacking loading page not progressing, click the white block icon again and choose Allow once more.
