Google Chrome requires users to manually approve Adobe Flash every time they open an application that uses it. As certain areas in DoubleDown Casino still use Adobe Flash, you may need to allow Flash when playing on a computer.
Depending on which version of Google Chrome you have installed on your computer, you may have to complete two different steps. First, load DoubleDown Casino on Facebook and look on the right side of your address bar for the PLUGIN symbol.
If you see this symbol, please continue to Step 1. If you do not see this symbol, please jump to Step 2.
If you see the PLUGIN symbol on the right side of your browser's address bar, click it. Then, click Manage.
On this new screen, click the toggle switch next to Block sites from running Flash, changing it to Ask first.
Lastly, close the settings tab, and reload DoubleDown Casino and continue forward to the next step.
Click the PADLOCK symbol on the left side of your browser's address bar.
Next, find Flash and click the drop-down menu that currently says Ask (default).
In this drop-down menu, click Allow.
Lastly, click the X in the top right corner of this menu and a new message will appear underneath the address bar on your screen. Click Reload and DoubleDown Casino will load again. After this, you will be able to play as expected.
Important Note: Google requires users to repeat this process every time the browser is closed and reopened.
